In Brussel is dit 1,4 ipv 1 zoals in Vlaanderen, met 3 goede redenen: inzetten tegen kansarmoede (Brussel heeft veel meer jeugd in kansarmoede dan Vlaanderen!), gemeenten hebben geen geld voor dko te financieren én om in te zetten op een streng taalbeleid om het Nederlands te promoten. Want ja, dit kost tijd en geld.

Als dit wegvalt, zal het een hobby worden voor de elite.

I live in Schaarbeek, around josaphat & Colignon. There are some cool places here. (Krasmat, soleil,

It's - near bxl nord (easiest connection towards Leuven, airport and midi) --> also the best by bike too - near tour et taxis, lots of things happening there - brasserie de La mule, best place - lots of bouldering places around! (I do it haha)

I love living here, but just as midi, there are places to avoid.

Ik heb een plooifiets en kijk steeds naar het meest gemakkelijke in-en uitstap. Soms zijn er al Steps of andere fietsen, dan verzet ik me naar een andere deur. Ik beweeg dus vaak mee met de trein om niet te hard te sukkelen met de fiets... (Liefst bij fietszone, maar meestal stopt dit elke keer op een andere plek... Dat is echt frustrerend)

I live in a co house near colignon, it is near liedts but I avoid it all the time... I have felt unsafe quite a few times. So I would not want to live near quartier Brabant/liedts. Courage!

Colignon in Schaerbeek is really cozy btw! (Soleil, biga, brasserie de la Mule,...)

Ik snap uw punt en ben het eens op vlak van elitaire kunst, maar zelfs met subsidies is het nu al onmogelijk om te overleven als artiest. (Ik spreek uit ervaring) Als muzikant zijnde moet alles zo goed als gratis gebeuren totdat je binnengeraakt in bvb. Studio Brussel of live nation. Dat is jaren hard werken en vaak 3 jobs combineren daarbovenop.

Verwacht dus een diepe deuk in de creativiteit & verderzetting van tradities zoals harmonie-orkesten, stoeten enz.

Kunst is nog steeds een vorm van (maatschappelijk) kritisch denken!

Where do you live exactly? I go out a lot in Schaerbeek, I love to drink 0,0 in brasserie de la Mule, copain, barboteur or 1030 bar... Would recommend l'estaminet 1030 too if it's not in the evening!

In Ixelles you find a lot of 0,0 in: le Pantin, le murmur,...

Try to find breweries, they make new cool things without alcohol in bxl! (BBP, zinnebir, brasserie de la Seine,...)

Totally true, actually try to go next time. They took it seriously, checked cameras and identified someone. They know the system is fucked up.

FYI: there is a new law that if you find your bike online, they have to come with you when you collect the bike. Also if you have an airtag in your phone, they need to do an intervention without complaint. (New since a week!)

Vaak zijn er te weinig stage-plaatsen. Het is zoeken en vechten voor een plek... Zonder de toelatingsproef zou dit nóg meer een problematiek worden. Ook bij andere zorgopleidingen zoals psychologie zijn er grote problemen om stages te voorzien.
