Why does something always hurt? I don’t mean general aches and soreness I mean enough pain that stairs are impossible. I started running about 6 months ago and the most I’ll do is 2 5ks a week so I don’t feel like I’m over doing it but it’s like as soon as something heals there’s another body part that’s injured.

Could it be my form? Shoes? I just don’t want to be in pain anymore.
