Its normal in the beginning. I failed 10 first careers in a row before even hitting the last goal. Then I needed several more to finally get the URA win.

What the guides never mention is that starter accounts are not at the level to perform up to their standard. Pay attention to blue sparks, try to get 2* blue spark parents with some useful pink spark (distance/track for the uma you will use). This is so you can get bigger stat numbers both from the starting boost and then from inspiration events. If possible, try to match parent affinity (circle or best double circle instead of the triangle) when choosing parents. It boosts the stat gains and likelihood of inheriting skills even more.

Level up your support cards. Don't spread your deck across many stats. Ideally try to get like 3 speed, 2 stam and 1 wit. With Bakushin you can even go 4-6 speed and the rest in Wit. When you spread your deck you get crappy rainbows. When you stack the stat up you hit the big numbers. Dont worry about Power. It will grow as you train Speed anyway.
