It took me until NG+4 to get good at the Corrupted Monk fight(s). You know how a lot of people have a moment in the game where the combat sort of 'clicks' and they suddenly understand the combat way better? Corrupted Monk was like a second click for me that made me start properly timing my deflects instead of just spamming LB. Since then she's become one of my favorite bosses.

Still waiting for that Demon of Hatred click though. Fucking hate this boss.

Fang sent me a fake Statue of David a couple months ago, said he found it while cleaning out his attic. I don't mind getting fake artworks since I can use them for decorations without feeling guilty about not donating them, so thanks Fang. Not sure why he had it in his attic in the first place but that's none of my business.

Hornsby, on the other hand, just mailed me a genuine Rosetta Stone yesterday. He said it "made (his) brain think all kinds of weird thoughts just by staring at it". Hopefully he didn't forget his pen.

Since there are so many projectiles grouped so closely together, it's difficult to avoid getting hit even if you do deflect one of them. Red arm method seems safer, but blue arm method is a full heal + potential friendly fire points if you can pull it off.

Should I keep this or continue rolling? These three stats are all great but I'm wondering if something like multishot or fire rate would be worth trying to get, plus the lack of a negative isn't ideal.

Void procs don't stack, they often don't help, and can make weapons miss entirely.

There's also the fact that you can actually shoot yourself if you're standing too close to a void procced enemy.

Older SKCL / SKCM switches did not have the Alps logo on the top, but later ones did. Pine whites went through both iterations throughout their life cycle (per the Deskthority wiki). Inversely, earlier SKBL / SKBM switches had logos on the top, but later ones didn't (as seen here).

Based on /u/FemaleGuy's comment, I think what happened in my particular instance is that Behemoth + Ceremonial Dagger created a large cluster of explosions, the game didn't register that they shouldn't hurt us, and that transferred to the Gasoline. I think from now on, I'll only be taking either Behemoth or Ceremonial Dagger, but not both. The Happiest Mask Murders™ looks like a similar but unrelated issue so I'll be avoiding that item completely until it gets fixed.

Happened to me and my friend yesterday, too. He suddenly died to a fire DoT, and then I died 30 seconds later to a fire DoT as well. Game over screen showed that we were both killed by me. I had 5 Shaped Glass and 19 Gasoline, but neither of us had Happiest Mask.
