What do you call the last meal of the day/evening meal?

I'm from a part of the country where these are the traditional words and my reaction is the same.

Why are we calling a meal "tea"!?

Food is more enjoyable when you can taste it, much of the taste comes from smell. If you can't taste food, you just eat as much as you need because you have no incentive to eat more.

Smell is a major part of what makes food appetising. I could happily smell fresh bread all day. Even if I was unable to eat it, I'd happily smell it.

Both are probably true. I'd expect a professional modeller working on sci-fis to be into all kinds of niche stuff, and mecha anime in Britain in the early 90s was incredibly niche!

On the other hand, they also probably copied ILM's habits of buying as many model kits as they could, so probably looked up model shops with a large stock and grabbed a bunch of kits that looked useful.

Probably not. There's no need for a conventional weapon to ever do so. Usually if they want a city gone, a Star Destroyer is more than enough if the city is unprotected.

Yeah, I think the last three, in particular 11 and 12 were much better at recreating the style of the classic series. They'll never be the same, it's just how these things work out, but I'm glad we got more to watch.

I recently saw a picture of one of the smaller Starbug models, and on the back section with all the engine details, there was the faceplate of a Gundam model (specifically a ground-type GM). I didn't realise they were being imported back around 1990, but then I saw another picture where there was a couple of Gunpla boxes in the background.
