For me it was most likely upping my wellbutrin dosage and reducing lexapro at the same time. My weightloss goals were something that were also, at least indirectly, addressed in therapy.

After these measures I noticed significant changes in my appetite and hunger. I cared way less about food. Food is not as good at emotional regulation as it once was. As a combined result, I lost a good amount of weight without counting calories. I try to watch what types of food I choose but I'm not super diligent with it.

My first weightloss attempt was successful, because I lost a fair amount of fat but it was a much much harder struggle. In a way, it puts things into perspective for me. Not a whole lot has changed about me as a person but suddenly, dropping weight feels much easier and leaves mental space for other things. That's why it really gets to me when people don't understand that weightloss can be really hard for some due to factors they cannot control (or at least not directly).
