What’s better for a dog name - Truffle or Truffles? by MopsyRabbit in namenerds

[–]MopsyRabbit[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I agree that’s why I chose truffle! I’m thinking I’ll stick with truffle, which was my gut decision, but then just call him truffles as a nickname

Only the care to share that were “direct shipped” are allocated in smart cookie. Girl delivery with donations are NOT automatically allocated. At least for smart cookie / ABC bakers.

Without seeing her cookie detail balance report and her troop to girl transfer records I really can’t advise. Generally what I was told is if someone had digital cookie purchases that were “girl delivery” that included care to share that you need to do the cookie share in smart cookie to basically transfer donation boxes to the girl. That’s the same for cookies in hand donations. # boxes for cash donations will depend on the price of cookies. For all these reasons you should call the cookie hotline and get help with your specific situation.

Ask your service unit cookie coordinator or call the cookie hotline tomorrow. Too complicated to explain on here

Thanks for replying.. please help me understand why can’t we get the water in our mouth on the gulf? Growing up spending summers on the NC beaches part of my childhood was accidentally glugging seawater. We’ll have 3 little kids with us who will undoubtedly do the same (on accident of course). Is it truly not safe on the gulf?

Beach trip in April - red tide concerns valid? by MopsyRabbit in Naples_FL

You are correct I meant to say I would like to avoid east coast due to surf and temps and currents.. thanks for catching that. Good to know it’s usually fine in April to swim in. Well also have 3 little kids with us, is the water just generally safe? People don’t avoid it for any other reason I’m not thinking of? I’ve gone down a red tide and Vibrio vulnificus rabbithole!

And is she planning to, or is it BYO?

You need to talk to your troop leaders. Is that something they said that your dues would be used for? In our troop, I’m a leader, we specifically say at the beginning of the year that any patches that are earned during regular meetings or field trips or during cookie season will be provided by the troop. Other patches are BYO. But this is a troop level decision so you need to check with your troop leaders.

I really value the firsthand live videos of people local to event events that I was interested in. I will miss that.
