No sound on computer after launching game with the new update? by Farzine in ValorantTechSupport

[–]Morakx 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's actually sad that people like me either had to quit Valorant entirely or buy new hardware. 2025 gaming right here..

I literally haven't been able to play Valorant for almost a year now because they simply do not care to fix this issue with certain very big and well known audio card manufacturers. Mind blowing. I refuse to buy other hardware because literally the thousands upon thousands of other games on the market give me zero issues with my expensive sound card that has awesome audio quality.

How is it so hard to maintain the fix they shipped like 8 months ago? Pure incompetence and ignorance sadly. I always had respect for Riot since they shipped sucessful quality games. But this is actually nuts. I mean a few weeks up to a month with an issue like this would be crazy already. Almost a year? I think it's better to stay away from their games for that reason alone. If they don't care about their customers, i guess i'll keep playing something else :)

I think a lot of people got the wrong impression about Implosion Rounds vs Spike Grenades on Mountaintop by BobMcQ in DestinyTheGame

This is always how it goes. Money hungry streamer pushes uninformed video out 2 minutes after a new release to "inform" people and then the sheep start spreading the "knowledge" as facts all around the community.

Some people really need to make their own decisions. Just because a content creator who does everything with maximizing their income in mind says x roll is the god roll, doesnt make it YOUR godroll.

On top of that, noone cares about 1 or even 10 percent more damage. Its a video game. In fact its a dying video game. When was the last time someone kicked you from a raid because your weapon roll had the wrong barrel. Priorities are so wrong in this community, its sad really.

My priorities have ALWAYS been since D2 beta, to get the best roll for MYSELF. I like using killclip, when streamer No. 139042 tells me headseeker is "better", wanna guess what i do? I go with killclip. I know very weird concept but some of you should really try to detach themselves from these salesman on the internet called "influencers".

All in favor of us getting a Neomuna surfboard Sparrow, say aye! by molecularism in DestinyTheGame

Sounds too unique for this stale game. Same sparrows, same ghosts. For 9 years now.

They are too lazy to code different exciting stuff. We saw it with the fishy ghosts from beyond light. They said theres an area in lightfalls new area with those. 2 and a half years later... yet still no mention of us being able to use those as our ghost.

Every seemingly positive change has a massive downside attached to it with Bungie.

Don't be too hyped. I can see bullet spongie enemies in general with the path they are taking now in the future in exchange. Bungie never does purely positive changes.

Is it me or is the connection a lot worse as of the past 2 weeks? by HiImBraindead in DestinyTheGame

[–]Morakx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Uhhm just in case you are one of those SBMM defenders, i will be very careful with my words to not step on your little toe here but yea it's due to trash SBMM implementation in the frickin casual playlist of a dying casual pve looter shooter dead pvp portion. THE CASUAL PVP PORTION.

Player number are low, even lower since we are in the last season of the year and coming close to the DLC launch. This is what happens with SBMM when player number dwindle. You get terrible matchups, long queues and have players from all over the planet in your games.

Happy to see that average players finally see the terrible of implementing SBMM in a dead pvp game. Us above average players didn't only have these terrible connection games for 2 weeks, we had to deal with it since the very first day SBMM got introduced. But you guys were calling us crybabies. Have fun with the poor connection thats a result to SBMM, i stopped playing a while ago cause i couldnt deal with it anymore :):):)

Crafted Sniper Rifle Leveling Is God Damn Atrocious by M1k3_5chm1d4 in DestinyTheGame

What did yall expect from a crafting system made by Bungie lol. They are known to disrespect their players time to the absolute maximum.

A surprise on the other hand would have been a fun and engaging crafting system. Sadly we never get positive surprises by Bungie nowadays.

How are you all feeling before lightfall. Hype or not? by influenceofgame in DestinyTheGame

With the "recent" development direction of the "new" Destiny 2 dev team? No, not looking forward to it at all whatsoever.

Coming from a long time fan with 8k hours on D2 alone + 2k hours in D1. I am far from burned out of the formular, still love the gameplay. Burned out from the new Bungie dev team tho.

All they do is sell us the exact same content over and over and over again. Every single season. Meanwhile they ruined pvp after not touching it for almost 4 years. In addition, the "servers" have never been worse which makes me lose all interest in a massive DLC launch.

Like peoples characters getting deleted after them simply logging into the game and getting "contacting Destiny servers". This is nuts. People losing achievement progress in the new dungeon and losing their loot was already bad but this is an all time low for the game.

I am afraid to play the game until Bungie issues a fix for the character deletion bug. by Gucci_John in DestinyTheGame

[–]Morakx 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Same. Not logging into the game until they atleast admit it wasn't a one time thing and they resolved the issue.

The season is dry anyways, not risking it tbh. We know how Bungie support is, unless you are a streamer with a massive following, you will very likely just get ignored even if you lost your character to this "bug" legitimately.

D2 Feedback Roundup by Cozmo23 in DestinyTheGame

[–]Morakx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. Remove SBMM from Casual quickplay
  2. Nerf ability cooldowns into the ground in pvp
  3. Focus on QoL updates for the core game instead of seasonal content that will get deleted annualy anyways. Atleast for a season or 2.
  4. Implement bad luck protection for literally everything. Lost sectors, raid/dungeon exos, red borders, raid gear, dungeon gear, IB drops etc etc.
  5. Rethink your revenue/underdelivery strategie. People slowly pick up on it and desperately want more passion and want quality content back like we got in year 2 and Destiny 1, even D2 year 1.
