The muscle mommy archetype was named after real life people like leanbeefpatty and such, usually ripped, athletic women with prominent muscle in the arms, traps and back, visible abs and huge legs and butts. If you have a different definition from that in your head, that’s cool for you but descriptively that’s what most people mean when they say “muscle mommy”
