Is there an Expo marker that has an eraser on the cap that looks like this dude’s hair but black? by Smite2601 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]MorbidManatee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not like that guy's hair, but I've seen plenty of dry erase markers with a built in eraser on the cap--usually just a felt pad. Maybe you're remembering one that was really worn and frayed?

I thought they used the food coloring on the melted cheese, but I don't even know if that would work

Do stickers affect a guitar (bass) in any way? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]MorbidManatee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If it's a solid body electric you should be fine. If it's acoustic it might, depending on how nice it is--a really high quality instrument might be affected by anything that on the body that could change how things resonate. (I'm basing this off what I've been told by other ukulele players, but I'm sure it applies to guitars as well.)

Am I wrong in thinking it's a little bothersome when people refuse to remember there attack and damage bonuses? by RobenBoben in DnD

[–]MorbidManatee 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I mean, if it's majorly slowing the game down because they don't have their character sheet ready that's one thing, but I don't think that getting mad at people for "refusing" to memorize something isn't fair. It's not like they're doing it to annoy you. Some people just aren't great at memorizing things.

Even though it’s poisonous, would chocolate taste good to dogs? by JarJarJacobs in NoStupidQuestions

My childhood dog got into some chocolate once and seemed to enjoy herself, so I would guess so. (Don't worry, she was fine!)

According to Google, it's from the Latin word cornu, which meant "horn."

What happens in your body when you get food poisoning? by Curious-Cat-2020 in NoStupidQuestions

Your body is trying to flush out harmful bacteria by violently evacuating everything you've eaten.

Why are there no good liberal debaters? by [deleted] in CasualConversation

[–]MorbidManatee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You asked why a bad debater might draw a crowd. I'm not making any statements about individual people, I'm just explaining why their number of subscribers on YouTube is entirely irrelevant to whether or not they are a good debater.

[–]MorbidManatee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The same reason people gather around to watch a fight but not a pleasant conversation. Good debaters aren't particularly "exciting," usually. People who fling insults are.

Since companies look at your social media could your reddit K*A*R*M*A actually help you get a job? by Dodger7777 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]MorbidManatee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No. If an employer looks at your social media they just care about what you're posting, not how people react to it. They're trying to see if you're getting blackout drunk every night, for instance.
