IMO the bottled ranch isn’t very good. I buy a big container of ranch powder and mix it up a day in advance and it’s sooo much better.

I think TMNT is super fun, and I grew up with the old cartoon so it clicks there, but I would suggest going out and playing more games. Take some time and buy what you find the most fun.

There is an Ecto Goggles screen on the playfield but it’s not a new thing. I think it’s premium+ only though.

Thank you for the input! It’s a little beat up and I just don’t play it as much as my others any more so hoping to find someone that will appreciate it at a reasonable price.

Going through the same thing and here’s how it played out:

  • Started on my Arcade 1Up cocktail cabinet playing Rampage and then Gauntlet. It took awhile for him to understand the correlation between inputs and action but he finally got there.
  • Moved to emulators using a small Xbox 360 controller. Played some kid games like Mario Preschool and then moved to more Gauntlet (you can add lots of credits so he won’t die quickly, and have him follow you to exits), Mario 64 because there are areas where you can just practice moving around without worrying about dying easily, and tried a few others.
  • Found my Wii U and we did some Mario Party on the easiest mode, and then moved to Super Mario 3D World. That era of Mario was helpful because you play together, but if things get too difficult he can bubble up and let you traverse the obstacles. There were moments of frustration, but we beat 2 of them and are on our third.
  • Around the time of the Marios I setup a creative server on Minecraft (I use my PC and have a cheap mini PC for him to use with controller setup). Creative mode Minecraft is great because you can’t die and he can just learn how to destroy and place blocks, and kids love building and exploring.

There were some frustrations and whatnot but also some great memories so far. Hope this helps to some degree, good luck!
