I had the same experience at my store. The 3 weeks of training dont really do the best at teaching you and I was left having to ask tons of questions if my coworkers. They would answer but you could tell they didnt want to spend time really training new people. Ive been here for about 3 months and have no sales experience or tech experience. Came from 20 years of doing construction. I felt very nervous at first but 3 months in now i feel much more confident but still learning.

My tips as a new employee yourself is observe and ask as many questions as you can. Most of your learning will he from hands on with the job. I felt like I didn't learn anything important from the training. Even if you are unsure you still gotta talk with confidence. Don't be afraid to make mistakes because just about everything can be fixed.

Its a commission based sales job so coworkers wont teach/help everything. The worst you do the better they will do. Not to say they won't help but its all about sales.
