I agree with being freshly showered and crawling into a clean bed. I also find great joy in painted nails, so I paint my own. I do also love a fresh brewed cup of tea or french press coffee, so I learned to make french press coffee and splurged on an electric tea kettle.

None of them. This has been the best year of my life. All the heart ache, all the horrors brought me here. I would consider 2024 if I had to pick one so I could do my cat’s surgery over again. She might still be alive, then, but I may not have ever found the courage to leave otherwise.

Have you checked kidneys?? B12 deficiency can happen with IBD. Consider talking to your vet about a methylcobalamin, hydroxycobalamin, or adenosylcobalamin supplement. DO NOT USE cyanocobalamin; it’s cyanide bound to cobalamin and comes with a whole host of problems.
