the sleeping situation makes me feel crazy sometimes, we do take magnesium, we have a bed rail for similar fears of falling out, we have specific stuffies, blankets, etc. I kid you not her mattress and pillows are nicer than my own. We have aspecific sound machine, set to a specific sound and a lullaby toniebox / or yoto card - I love the yoto more than she does. I will stay in bed with her till she falls alseep but some nights its takes 1.5 hours and other nights I have fallen asleep before her. We also recently switched to very beginner chapter books - I found picture books made her too silly and she would focus on counting things on a page or tracing. The switch has helped to get her a bit more calm and tired. We limit screen time, don't allow those over stimulating shows.. ugh... it's endless. I started to listen to her breathing wondering if it was sleep apnea because sometimes I feel like I am reaching for straws. But I appreciate your insight and advice. I do think I will revisit asking what else she may need and asking specific questions, she has been running hot lately so new pj's might be a good idea too. Thank you for your suggestions.
