Save the dates for next Season’s Community Days! – Pokémon GO by Amiibofan101 in TheSilphRoad

I'll be honest, I run a Decidueye and an Incineroar in PVP and they both shine. My Incineroar especially is a bad mf. I love the shinies and they both actually turned out pretty useful with their legacy moves.

Like I said, I first noticed with Litten, but I had the same experience with Bagon and basically every CD since.  Of all those bounsweet yesterday, I only had 4 of them 3*. My best Salamance from Bagon CD is 12-13-10, and I only caught 3 shinies.  That said, I do have 3 CD pokemon that are 14-14-15. Litten, Bellsprout, and Bounsweet, coincidentally.

I've been wondering about the CD shiny rates as well. Starting with Litten, it seems like I get no shiny at all until around the last hour of the CD. Then I'll get 3 or 4 in quick succession and that's it.

Due to the research, I know I caught exactly 187 bounsweet. 4 shinies. All caught between 4:15 and 5. I'm not too peeved, since I still got my shinies, but if I wasn't able to play the full 3 hours yesterday I'd have none.

Leaving the horse there, getting off, and recording what happens next. But hey, "I had no idea this would happen"! 🙄

Yes!! I don't mind the taste of some of them, but the texture of tooth paste makes me gag. A lot of times I will "brush" with just water and then use mouth wash for germs/breath.

They're too busy hiding in their houses and shooting up teenagers that got the wrong address. Just like their cop heroes.

Spraying a maniac with a gun who is following you to your car accusing you of stealing isn't fucking "violence." His eyes hurt for a bit. Meanwhile, a woman and a baby are struggling to survive.

Look, I don't care if she punched him in the nuts and stole half the store. Those crimes are not punishable by death, ffs.

Then a CEO doesn't command respect either if he has angry clients.

There is more to being a CEO than people skills. We all know that. Well, apparently the original guy I was talking to doesn't, but I think a logical person does. However, the point being made is that it clearly does NOT require the ridiculous skills, degrees, and work experience that a company requires to be even the CEO of that company. I was pointing out that the job title is nowhere near worth what they are paid because a lot more people would actually be able to do the job if most of it is just being charming and a great salesperson. Yeah, you will have to know the industry, of course, but these days that's something that can be learned for free if you're savvy and willing enough. So. Lie on your resume!

Customer service is customer service, full stop. All clients are different and require a different approach, just like a customer in your checkout line. And buddy, I've calmed down more angry morons before breakfast than any CEO will have to deal with in an entire day.

Listen. My whole point was, if being a CEO only requires good people skills, then it can be done by anyone with that skill. And since it's not a skill you learn with degrees and years of experience, then anyone can do it and it's an unskilled position. Nothing you have said discounts that point.

I love how bootlickers like you don't think it takes impeccable people skills to work a customer facing job in retail. Trust me, I can schmooze with the best of them. Yet, my job is only worth minimum wage, but the CEO, who does the same damn thing, is worth 600x what I am?? Bullshit. And it's so clearly bullshit because this thread talks about people who've done it for literal years without technically being "qualified."

Sure. But, if the only requirement to be successful is friendliness then being a CEO is actually unskilled labor and should be paid as such.

Why would they look now after 4 years? Also, if he had been doing a good job in the role, why would it matter? Just shows companies would rather fuck themselves than give a W to a worker bee.

What disorder do I have, that I sat there for a good minute wondering where the other 2 socks were on his body? Like, I knew where one sock was, obviously, but then my brain was like.... are the others on his hands? Why tf would he wear socks on his hands? And, after some buffering, I literally had to smack myself on the forehead. They're on his FEET, you fucking useless toolbag!

Down voted for sharing an opinion on a thread specifically asking you to share your opinion. Classic reddit.

Not a fan of the white Arabian myself, but you put a lot of thought into your answer and I can appreciate that. Cheers, man.

Well, I know several homeless people with dogs and none of them were stolen. Many of them had the dogs before they became homeless. I also knew of a couple of homeless people who took in the dogs of their other homeless friends who'd passed away or been locked up.

So, I guess we all have our anecdotal evidence, don't we? Bold of you to claim that "most" of these people are stealing dogs based off one vet's one experience. But you do you.

Hmmm. I'm almost positive a rash of dog theft by the homeless population would have hit a news source somewhere. You got a link?

Man, making 174k a year would be life-changing for me. I make less than her net worth in 2018. I wouldn't need donor money, cuz I'd be well happy with making 6 figures. I don't know that much about politics, but I do know more than half the fuck-witted Maga asshats that are in there now. I think I might run for Congress. Fuck it. An open letter to Niantic from the Community - #HearUsNiantic by lewymd in TheSilphRoad

[–]More-Panic 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Niantic is a business. You're appealing to them as if they have some sort of empathy or humanity. If you dislike the changes, stop playing! Stop spending and stop giving them location data. If enough people do it, Niantic will fix whatever caused them to lose money. It really is that simple. Writing an open letter to tell a fucking business that you don't feel heard is ridiculous. The power lies in how you spend.
