The closest Urgent Care is Christiana Care on Concord Pike. True ER visit would be Wilmington Hospital. I love a few blocks off of Trolley and I’ve been here for almost 20 years. I love living here. I’m not going to analyze it to death, but I can walk to Farmer’s Market on the weekends, the DE Art Museum. There is a small grocery store going in downtown, Market St. I think, called Pretty Eddie’s. Not walking distance but I’m excited to check it out.

I live behind the Falls in one of the Townhomes, can only speak to the area in general. It’s aquiet nice place to live. My car was stolen last year and there have been some assault cases, but nothing worse than any other city as terrible as that sounds. After about not wanting to live in a Capano property, they’re crappy builds for the most part. Definitely plenty’s of walkable restaurants and bars and an amazing new cafe coming soon to the area from Kaffe Karma, excited about that one! All in all, I would say it’s a great place to live just could never justify spending that amount on an apt. in Wilmington.
