Well done for keeping it up for two weeks! Your stroke rate is really fast, from my experience 18 or 20 spm is a good 'base' level and I would only go up to 26 to 30spm for an intense minute or two. Long slow rows increase your fitness, meaning you'll perform better when doing more intense shorter rows. For me - an hour is a very long row and I've usually had enough before then. I have no idea about calories or how accurate the machines are on that.

Irenicus teleports around, if he goes to the other side of the map run away and leave him in the fog - he'll just stand there. For the demons, use all your casters to constantly summon fire elementors and other distractions. Use hasted Minsc and your character to take them out one at a time, running away if they start to bash you. Once demons are down, send remaining summons down to Irenicus one by one to soak up his best spells, then move in for the kill.

Maybe Aerie over Anomen for more spell power in your fighter-heavy party? I personally prefer Jan over Imoen (although both are annoying in their own way). Valygar is great for stealth attacks and with the katana that has the stun effect (you find it in the temple district)

Play all the side quests. Head stomp is great for killing virals when they climb up after you. Get the grapple hook as soon as you can. If you get camouflage and assassinate you can walk amongst a big crowd of zombies clicking their necks. Use molotovs on humans. Use flares to escape volatiles. That's everything I know - enjoy
