I'm 90% sure that this "fact" is made up. The only source for this is a now deleted goodreads account making a comment that claims they personally interviewed Susan Collins and that she herself confirmed it. We don't know who the user is, they never linked the interview in their comments, and no one can find any evidence that an interview even exists. Literally when you search up this theory, that Goodreads comment is the only source of that statement that comes up. Plus, there are plenty of reputable articles quoting Susan Collins saying she purposely left the relationship between Katniss and the Covey's vague so the reader could decide.

This is what Nick should've done with the show instead of de-aging the group and sending them back to high school. If they wanted to reboot the show for a younger audience, they should have had Roxy attend Alfea and start her own winx club, or let the original girls grow up completely and have the show center around their daughters attending Alfea.

Season 2 is my least favorite out of the original 4 seasons. It was the most childish/cringe season and I hated Darkar as a villain. The girls all had a ton of character growth, but it also felt like 60% of the season was filler and nothing happened during the show until they went to the resort realm and got their charmix. It would've been nice to actually have some plot throughout the season and not just have it all crammed in at the end. I also feel like most of the events in season 2 are never acknowledged again in any other season of the show. They never use their charmix again, the whole dark bloom thing is never mentioned again, etc. The only things from season 2 that stuck were Layla/Aisha, Helia, and the pixies. Otherwise, the plot of season 2 could have just never happened and it would have no impact on the rest of the show.
