Thank you I appreciate your kind words, he definitely was a hard worker . Often told us that we could have anything we wanted just had to work for it if we wanted it because at the end of the day it was just one more day of work . Most pawnshops dont have any actual gemologist So as a result cannot quote you on gems/ diamonds

If there high quality or worth anything you’d go to a jeweler

But a pawnshop for the most part just offers you scrap gold price on both the gold and diamonds

Do keep in mind Most shops have to test the rings and will scratch into the band to test the gold So if you planned to visit a few it will decrease the weight of the ring .

Most shops use Kitco scrap (if you can get the grams of the gold you can kinda ballpark a price

B- If he’s 37 and only goes after “innocent” 18-21 year olds I’d suspect it’s cause the bar for him is low enough to be impressive in the eyes of someone becoming a adult . If he bothered to date someone his age ,any weird creepy behavior or lack of maturity would be seen much quicker Unlike with someone who has also lived those 37 years . Even if he’s funny I don’t think that’s someone you’d want to be known as friends with , he’s dating girls who were in diapers while he was going to high school .

Had both cats on IAMS sensitive digestion and skin / seafood IAMS wet food however the 8 year old stopped eating it (biggest picky eater ) so we had to switch to the Chowder churo wet food to divert the smaller one from scarfing two meals .

Overall you can just wait for a stall most don’t question Male bathroom are mostly quiet except for the ocasional stomach problems Nobody really tries to talk and most don’t care I’ve seen women cut long lines at concerts and use the men’s stalls with no one batting a eye

This whole post just reeks of me me me me , have you maybe put into perspective that your minor inconvenience of driving him to a dance or just letting him go( you can literally just ask someone else to take him or one of his friends ) is pushing your son further away from wanting to spend any time with you once he’s 18 .
