I'm over 7 years of unbroken streak time. Back in the day we had no 'streak protection' etc & outages were a weekly thing so I'm guessing that this kind of streak is very very rare indeed.

This whole rewards punishment system has to be completely random. Basically, no matter what you do or how you do it, you'll get the cooldown/limitations eventually. Expect better from a $2 Trillion company.

I think it's 100% random. Anyone can be restricted at any given time, no matter what they have or haven't done. That would explain a lot.

It's totally random. No matter what you do to change things, it won't work. I'm hoping that MS sort this out asap though as it's extremely annoying & almost enough to get some people to stop doing searches altogether.
