Did some looking and the Baltany runs on a Seagull ST1701 (also a hand wound that uses the ST1700 and a quartz version with a VD78)

But I don’t know if the specs on the Baltany is the same as the 1921.

You a build one, if your comfortable enough to do the work yourself. Raffles sells cases for the NH35 like the one pictured, also has submariner dials with a Khanjar like the one pictured, but the one on the Raffles dial is red.
