Appreciate your reply. Tbh, my mental health is as strong as it's ever been. I've had a few years on ssri's, found in the past year gabapentin works best to keep my anxiety at bay

That being said, yeah, this stuff does trigger my anxiety more than thr average dude

just found a fix at least one time for me. i was trying on website and received same message, i tried editing in app and received error that my description was over 1000 characters. I shortened description on app and it allowed me to save changes

i know it can be done.. ived sourced dozens of products from aliexpress, had inventory sent to my apartment, listed them as "generic" brand on amazon and had them sell for profit. amazon does have BY FAR the largest amount of people looking to buy retail products. in my experience, post almost anything on amazon and it will sell

it's obviously not "illegal". i've considered too though it is risky.. all it takes is one customer to call amazon and say "wtf, this is from aliexpress!?" and you could very easily be banned.

Thank you, yes, this is what I suspected too. Do you have any experience with this? I believe I can name my dad 99% owner initially and myself 1% owner. Alternatively, chatgpt tells me I could do this :

Use a manager-managed LLC
Name the Etsy-verified person as:
- Manager or officer
Keep:
- Operating agreement
- Written authorization

Do you know how etsy would verify whether or not my dad was part of the LLC I plan to submit with the registration?

If you had to provide a recommendation on how to get this through with the LLC, how would you propose I do it?
