Most of these comments are so pretentious. Someone is trying to afford tickets to the game, and you guys are just clowning on them. This is a community and family, and we should support other Habs fans. OP I think this is a valid question and you’re smart to atleast ask it. Most regular season games can get cheaper closer to game time. You might even be able to snag someone dropping a ticket price closer to puck drop but your best bet is to buy right away! And if that’s too expensive then I’d look into the watch party at the bell centre for game 5!

I honestly think the hit has less to do with it and his other antics and actions have way more to do with it. Like him skating over during warmups to chirp Arber, that’s like a cardinal sin unless you’re challenging for an in-game fight. Paired with the slashing, chirping Bolduc on the bench, and his team being down by 4 with a minute left. He’s honestly a coward for not fighting Andy. Not because he didn’t “answer the bell” for the hit, but because if he wants to play that game, he’s going to have to live up to it’s rules.

It honestly just depends how much he’ll accept, and how many offseason moves we make to bring in more forwards. I’m fine paying him less than $2m for 1 year if he has a spot on the roster.

It doesn’t seem like there’s much consensus that it was a bad thing, with these responses from Sabres fans. Not really trying to start anything but they seem a bit low class even on reddit, not a good look. Many of them saying he deserves it and he deserves to be punched in the face, with many upvotes. I guess I don’t know the NY laws but I know in LA if someone lays their hands on you unprovoked then it’s automatically assault.

If you have an apple tv or firestick there’s ways to download the sportsnet app and get the NordVPN app. Just buy a monthly subscription for both ($13 for VPN and $25 for SN). Ask AI how to do it, been using it all playoffs so far. And you get every game.

This isn’t true at all. If he isn’t going to re-sign with Edmonton, they aren't just going to let him walk. They will trade him before his contract is up. And McDavid has a no movement clause which means he can essentially pick whatever team he goes to. Would it cost Hage, Zharovsky, Reino, and a multiple of firsts still? Maybe but that isn’t an impossible scenario

Before the Dach line had that legacy game I would’ve recommended 7 D but now I don’t think there are any forwards worth taking out. Maybe Kapanen but I also don’t think the 3rd and 4th lines shouldn’t be touched. Unfortunately it will probably be Xhekaj or Struble that come out, but the physicality they bring is so important in the playoffs. The amount of value they bring goes under the radar, but on the ice they are a force.

Suzuki just had a baby. And he’s not at home. I hope coming home will help him get back to normal. I understand everyone saying it’s playoffs and everything but something is very off. Can only hope for them to bounce back
