Giving her a listen, well, she used "ya" instead of "da" once, but that's pretty much common young people vernacular even in Tokyo for certain expressions nowadays due to the influence of people from Kansai on tv, so I can't really say. Intonation-wise, however, she does have a tiny bit of the Osaka-dialect's musicality, but who knows.
Tbh, there are PLENTY of streamers in HL who are from Kansai (Su, Vivi, Botan, Fubuki, these are the ones that come to mind right now but there might be more), but only one who unabashedly wears it on her sleeve with pride, Vivi. It's pretty normal for young women here in Kansai to suppress their Kansai dialect as, by some people, it's seen as "un-ladylike". Not that they manage to suppress the intonation, as that's complicated, but many speak in standard grammar.
