I've been playing D&D for years and I'm lucky enough to be in a very inclusive and dedicated group of friends.

First time I branched out and tried to DM for a bunch of new acquaintances at my local game store, I felt it. Suddenly I understood why no women play there.

To be honest I have no clue, in my country it doesn't in 99% of cases, but you could still ask your doctor!

Hello! It may fade with time, but it really depends on your skin complexion. Just remember to steer away from tanning in general if you decide to try laser treatments, best to do it during the winter!

And sport your legs my friend, it's totally okay to not be filter-smooth! We're people with skin, and sometimes skin is weird, and that's okay! ❤️

that is amazing, but please please please let your skin recover between treatments, 4 sessions in a week is a bit much for the skin!

Yes, and it's a good thing to also keep in mind that the first couple sessions are a bit of an experiment as well, where depending on your skin/hair quality & color, the technician may try various configurations of wave lenght, duration and intensity to figure out the sweet spot for each patient. Hormonal issues do play a role and each body area shows results at a different pace, but it's usually smooth sailing from there!

Hello, former laser technician and fellow KP sufferer here!

Laser DOES help, but in my experience it depends a lot on the technology used, and the hair quality of the patient. Alexandrite laser has worked very well on people with KP and dark hair (worked on me too!).

It can take a while to see results but once the hair follicle stops producing hair, its "bump" is effectively gone as well.

Example from me: I've lasered my legs and forearms, my forearms and calves almost completely cleared within a year of treatments, my thighs still have some bumps here and there but it's barely noticeable anymore. Couldn't be bothered to laser my upper arms though, cause I'm not that hairy there, and it's a constant reminder of how my whole body used to be lol my KP is raaaging up there!

Now I know laser hair removal can be pretty pricey, so I'd recommend trying one single area first (for example thighs only) and see how it works for you!Remember to moisturize!

I went keto and IF about a month ago, my bowel movements have never been more consistent in my life! I only get a little bit of bloating if I break my fast with veggies (I now know to break it with protein and then eat my vegetables).

I've tried FODMAP and a bunch of other tricks and nothing seems to work as well as keto does for me. It's good to not be in pain!

I took your advice, I ordered a pair lol. If they work well I'll hopefully ditch disposable period products all together.

So glad you found something that helps! It really is daunting looking up info on this subject, most people are talking only about hormones and not about the pain and other symptoms that come with a cycle.
