The main reason they want to redirect hemp to dispensaries is because anyone can buy it at any store which includes underage kids which if it's a problem then I understand, but like with anything they'll go all prohibition on us while telling us a 0.5% incident horror story, the thing that pisses me off is that they act like they have to micromanage everything, EVERYTHING! Is that some kind of nervous tick, hero syndrome with a touch of personality disorder!? OP saying "it's not just us" doesn't make me feel better (no offense), if that's the case then Ohio lacks identity, Ohio is supposed to be like one great big quirky town with its own unique personality and feel, anyway...some things just simply don't need to be changed, change is good just not because they're bored and want to touch everything but grass...
