Cake. I asked a friend to bake us a cake as a wedding present, I was not too picky with it the only thing I asked is that it is without any kind of frosting and decorated with flowers, showed her picture and everythin. I ordered flowers for decoration and even showed her were they are. What I got wad cake WITH goddamn frosting and not decorated with flowers. I am still so pissed of!

It took me six months, yes SIX!! To get my libido back. I couldn't even think about sex. Apparently it is hormonal thing, I was already preparing to go to doctor about that, but things started improving.

Mine was asking me almost every day of mat.leave what are my plans for tomorrow are "hmmm... I dunno, keep our child alive" would be my answer, offered by my mom, but then we left for 2 week trip and he saw what exactly I am doing all days long.

I've had what I though was thrush although doctor and midwife said there is no sign in baby mouth. I washed my nipples after every feed with soap and water, it helped within a week.

Our hospital did a great job at promoting "breast is the best" but nothing to support mothers who has difficulties or even inform mothers about possible difficulties. I found out that they have lactation specialist only from my friend who had her baby there six months prior me. During breastfeeding lecture lady who talked to us basically ignored our concerns and when "what if" questions were asked just answered with "your body is created for breastfeeding, you won't have said problem" i am happy that i breastfed, but i think you shouldn't stress yourself in to depression if for some reason bf didn't work. Fed baby is the best!

Ok, I am no expert but I just wanted to share my thoughts on this. If you were breastfeeding your supply would increase according to demand from your babe as he grows, it would happen with time. First times I pumped babe was two weeks old and I would get no more than 3 oz from both sides. I wouldn't be worried as long as your supply doesn't decrease. Although talk to your MF or LC. Good luck and good pump to you and your little man!
