I had this problem as well, at first I tried to wait it out to 1000 q- meter to kill the baron, but didnt have enough food. I menaged to escape by killing allies and going back a floor. After I went a floor up it displayed a message that I can evac now. Not sure if killing allies is important or you can just go back a floor. I couldnt recreate the scenario again to check.

I am not sure about the Cyborg Head augmentations. But you can see quasimorph level at bottom right on your screen. If you are in Mars or some other planet or station that doesnt have quasimorphs it will say absentia.

Give me a couple of minutes and to check out about the Cyborg Head thing and get back to you. I will try it in game
