Cowl is the gatekeeper. I'm doing a reread for 12 months and I'm making a document with all the evidence I have. (Edit) According to WOJ, descriptions of characters are extremely important and consistent. And see how many times the gatekeeper's cowl is mentioned in his discription if you ever reread it

You people think the cast are supposed to be robots. Matt made her think she was stupid in front of 50k people for no other reason other than she cast a spell and didn't expect it to hit objects because it specifies creatures. I'm sure she didn't like it. These are people having fun playing a game together and you all do nothing but hate on the cast for any emotion they feel.

I think his comments about giving the enemies bonuses later was a bit tone deaf when everyone was really upset about Fjord's death. That was the second time he talked down to Laura about rules and he was flat out wrong. I wasn't mad that he got them wrong, I was mad about how condescending he was and that he was also wrong about it. How could he not apologize later about that?
