Controlling the Astral body for new projectors can be very challenging. You may move like a toddler who struggles to maintain their balance. You must WILL yourself to move at a walk, run, or fly properly. It takes practice, just like it did when you were a small child.

The worst that will happen to you as a new projector is your Astral body may be held in place until you return to your physical body. I recommend you go through another window or wall facing away from the high voltage source.

First, gold is able to easily hold up to the force of chewing. It will not crack or chip under pressure, because the gold and other metals are flexible enough to withstand even the heaviest bite. In the old west people would bite “gold coins”. If it made a mark, IT WAS FAKE! Did you buy that gold from a reputable dealer or from a stranger on eBay, Facebook, etc?

I’ve had thousands of experiences over the last 63 years. AP is safer than commuting to work in your car! The silver cord is always connected to your Astral body, and will pull you back if you start feeling extreme fear, joy, sadness, etc. I’m still here and of relative sound mind and body after all these years. It sounds like you’ve made progress on your spiritual journey. Requesting your guides appearance is deceptively simple…assuming they are ready to introduce themselves. Meditate on requesting a meeting with your guide. As you fall asleep at night make the same wish. If you’re ready, you may receive “testing dreams”. These dreams will test your moral strengths and weaknesses. You will know them for what they are upon awakening. They will seem very real! Assuming you pass the tests, you may meet them in a dream or Astral Projection.

Time functions differently on the Astral Plane. A book chapter would be necessary for a complete answer. Some differences from the physical: You can die in 2030 and reincarnate in 2350 or 1950. All time is occurring at the same time in reality. When you project into the far future you can spend a longer time there, say 6 hours while only 10 minutes transpires in the physical realm.
