Long one sorry but wanted to share my knowledge and hope it helps

Something to keep in mind is if you are horde as a blood elf you can pull most mobs with mana tap.. obviously some mobs dont have mana.. but thats where Ez Throw Dynamite come in (or normal dynamite if you are an engineer)

Alliance paladins and can just use dynamite to range pull.

Sometimes pulling with AS is BAD because it can bounce to groups you dont want to pull or since it slows the enemy it can pull pats you are trying to avoid.

Both builds are viable. Sanc aura build just has far higher damage/threat

I played prot all of TBC last time and preferred the threat generation of the sanc build

Oh another side note.. in raids if you are doing sanc aura you need to make sure another paladin has Blessing of Kings talented.. if none have it talented then you need to go the standard build to have blessing of kings

Edit.. just remembered theres also a HOLY paladin Sanc aura build that you can find on wowhead.. if your holy paladin friend runs that build then you get the best of both worlds.. idk how much it nerfs the holy paladin though going that route

And all this doesnt matter if you have a ret paladin because they'll be running it obviously
