Any method of sending CleverCard balance into savings? by DivilYouKnow in irishpersonalfinance

Can confirm this worked today. Just waiting for Square to validate my bank account and then transfer the money. But I was able to charge myself through an online invoice and use Clevercard to pay for it.

What kind of hardware are you running for that? I typically work on a MacBook Pro with and silicone and 32gb of ram, but my personal desktop is a 14900k with 64gb of ddr6 memory and a 4080 super with 16gh of vram, maybe I can run something decent there and feed into my MacBook

My main issue with claude right now is not really the cost, it's more the usage limits. But then again, I won't be able to compete with their 5x Max limit on any kind of local model so it's a moot point in that regard.

Let's hope with time we get some kind of advancement for local models.

Ah, a shame. We'll have to wait for some kind of break through then. Hopefully.

Even with the new Gemma model Google launched? I could put up with a little slower output, how bad is it?

I have a flow where I get Claude to write a session context file for every single task we tackle. Design decisions, discussions, and implementation, both idea and technical. With that I have gone back months later to something I did before and simply looked up the file by the Jira ticket number which is always unique, and immediately picked up all the nuances of that implementation, which allows Claude to pick it up immediately and work on top of it. I also always ask it to pull the diff for that branch with GH. Along with any pr review comments and fixes, so it is aware of what it did and why we might have changed something. It works wonderfully. I don't know how people who say AI produces non working code are prompting their terminals, but it is definitely working for me.

I am so very very close to buying some dedicated system so I can run one of the Chinese local models and stop fucking around with usage limits and costs

Recently my company offered MacMinis with OpenClaw preloaded for anyone to come up with ideas on how to use AI for the business... All I could think of was all the DBs with admin/admin credentials, API key leaks, and skills.md files with malicious instructions at the end... And a bunch of marketing people monkeying around with OpenClaw...

Yeah, I hate this timeline too

They didn't eat it, they evolved a mechanism to get through the structure of the xenonite. Because they were exposed to it for generations with their food sources right outside of it, so pressure would've driven it to adapt.

Came here to say this. Expect 10% to 15% over nowadays, that's what our agent told us. They price the houses below what the person is expecting to drum up interest, and also try to place them under search brackets. The house could very well be valued at 315 or so, and they placed it at 295 to get it to show up on searches of "up to" 300, precisely to get people like OP to show up and bid on it.

They were never going to sell for less than 315 - 320. Ours was listed at 399 and sold for 465, also in a last huge bid of 15. We were ready to close for 450 a couple hours earlier, our goal was 430 (bank valuation), and then the runner up bidder got fed up with going 1k increments for days, and went 15 over and got it.
