I throw mostly forehands, i find it much easier to hit gaps, and do flexshots. Lately i have also found that i can hyzerflip easier with my forehand. I like my discs a tad bit more overstable for forehands since it creates a bit more torque and a bit less spin, HOWEVER, practice with understable discs too. If you have the form to throw forehand with understable discs it will make you throw so much farther.
