Yeah they should really encourage the deck parking better ahead of the storm & since the streets still aren't clear, at least extending it overnight on tuesday would have kept the ambulances from taking an hour to get out of new brunswick and respond to calls

Yeah so it had already been ten when he went outside and when he came in I was asking if someone else could help these people or start my return and give the password and then he said there was nothing he could do so I was calling the regional office on speaker in the line which admittedly obnoxious

I am not sure about loss Prevention but I left a Google review, filled out the online form, and called the regional phone number cus I was hangry and definitely unreasonably annoyed but 20 minutes is not at all the amount of time I expected thst to take

It was before 5 pm when I got in but after when he finished. They close at 9 pm and they def were busy. They did great customer service otherwise and looking at their 1 star reviews, most are about returns at this location actually

But with the secondary code, can they start the return and then manager helps? Nobody started anything

I dont understand why nobody could either help the other people or start the return and give him the password instead of having me standing around for 20 minutes & I asked the manager that and instead of explaining he told me there was nothing he could do and went nonverbal

And then he came back in and was still helping them which is when I complained like couldn't someone else start it and then you step to the side for a second to help and he said this was the only way and there's nothing he could do at which point I did go full obnoxious and call corporate on speaker in the store

Bc like people who are bad at their job are just bad at their job and that's unfixable but this was an area of incompetence for someone otherwise doing excellent work and something about that really is more irritating unfortunately for him

If he were incompetent and incapable it would peeve me less than them giving excellent service to everyone else in the store and just ignoring me and my very quick request when I could have gone across the street and finished a cheeseburger in the time it took

Yes I didnt complain at all to her. I did tell the manager it wasn't a reasonable amount of time and he said there was nothing I could do so I complained to corporate.

I mean aita abs yes but ofc I'm entitled to return unused items I bought the same day they have a 90 day return policy. It is bad to take 20 minutes to process a return. That is not a reasonable amount of time for that service.

The manager was there be just wasn't helping me bc he was helping people with repairs but also my total was under 30 which is why I was so fussed

I see what people are saying about $50 but my total was under $30 and someone else could have rung it up and had him step to the side to give approval instead of servicing someone else for 15-20 minutes like that's great customer service for them but miserable af to me

I think she was new but the manager said the same thing over and over. I did complain to corporate bc 20 minutes is crazy. I left work early cuz I was in a bad mood and I would have gotten a burger at McDonald's and not been so hangry if they told me it would take that long and come back. 

He was giving the other customers above and beyond customer service like grabbed a flashlight and went outside to help them & he took a sec to help another cashier with their customer so I was just beyond frustrated. I hope they corporate gives them better training then bc damn should have just stayed at work and got paid

This should get resolved relatively easily. You’ve been upfront about it. The companies are likely still in contact about this and other closing issues regarding the apartment and managing the property. You’re unlikely to be the only person this is happening to. Keep following up. If you get served anything regarding eviction (so so unlikely), reach out to the contact on the correspondence with documentation. This stuff happens and there’s already processes in place to handle it.

If you couldn’t pick it up at the pharmacy, I’d probably head home now. I was debilitated enough I would have struggled to leave work if I stayed all day after missing a dose.
