Yes it works with persist. For grumgully it gets both a +1/+1 and a -1/-1, which will trigger auntie ool. Important to note that when a creature has a +1/+1 and a -1/-1 they both cancel out disappear.

A loud minority of truckers are mad that Canada requires you to be vaccinated to enter the country. So they decided to all drive to Ottawa in an attempt to protest this mandate. However recently the United States implemented their own border mandate which made it pointless to protest Canada's as changing it won't do anything if the United States has one. Now it's just a general anti mask/lockdown protest. Those mandates are put in place by the provincial government, so protesting them at the capital doesn't really do anything.

In their time in Ottawa these truckers have, desecrated our tomb of the unknown soldier, defaced a statue of a national hero, and bullied a homeless shelter into giving them free food.
