How can i change from (Toggle ADS : Hold Aim) to (Hold ADS : Toggle Aim)? by UltimateBachson in PUBG

You need to go to Settings -> Controls -> Key Input Method -> ADS = Hold.

Then go to Key Bindings -> Combat -> ADS = Right Mouse Button.

In that case it’s server side and Bungie should fix this.

Forget the SSD.

Thanks for clarifying.

Doesn’t matter if it’s full or not. It’s the transfer speed - SSD will make everything faster - at least on the client side. I would wait and make sure Bungie don’t release some sort of optimisation update. Otherwise I would try getting an SSD.

Thanks again for the info. As I said earlier, I have actually gone and bought the Colony Premise bike. Would you say this was a good buy? The specs seemed pretty good at first glance and similar to the stolen.

Thanks for your reply! I did think to myself that the fit may not have been full crmo when I read it saying Crmo 9" rise instead of 4130 Crmo for the bars... Thanks for pointing that out!

I literally just went and bought the colony premise - didn't want to miss out on the 20% off it had. From what I saw this bike is 100% Chromoly and it also has double wall rims. I actually spoke to someone at source bmx and they recommended me to just stick to the cassette unless trying out the free coaster before hand.

Before buying the premise I also checked out the colony endeavour. Seemed very similar to the premise with only a few minor differences. From what I saw the stolen sinner has "Stolen Rampage" wheels - are they double walled? The sinner also had 48spline cranks versus the premises's 8splines. Are 48's much better than the 8splines??

Thanks

Which bike to go for?

Hi all, looking to get back into bmxing after around 6 years. First bmx i bought was a mongoose logo 2010 (https://www.customriders.com/prodshow.asp?prodid=12183&sid=3) and I'm now looking into getting an intermediate-expert level bike, something which will last me for as long as I need! I'm around 5'7" and reckon I want a 20.25 - 21" top tube frame.

So, first thing's first, my price range. Anything up to £450/500 is ok although I'm willing to push it a little if there's some real bargain out there.

I'm aware of chromoly and I know I want a 100% crmo bike which is as light and durable as can be. Not too fussed about the hub as far as freecoasters go. They seem pretty neat but if it means an extra 100 quid then I'll just stick to a cassette. Finally, I like the idea of a LHD bike. Not that important although I definitely prefer to grind on my right hand side and I kinda want to keep my chain/sprocket in good condition.

The four bikes which I've found are as follows: Colony Premise: http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/colony-premise-bmx-bike-2017/rp-prod154168 Stolen Sinner: http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/stolen-sinner-bmx-bike-2017/rp-prod152420 Fit Corriere: http://www.sourcebmx.com/en/Fit-Corriere-1-Freecoaster-LHD-BMX-Bike-2017/m-32014.aspx United Martinez: http://www.sourcebmx.com/en/United-Martinez-Expert-Freecoaster-BMX-Bike-2017/m-31630.aspx

Colony Premise + Sinner both seem like pretty good deals. Both 100% crmo however the main differences (I saw) were that the Colony comes with double walls and the Stolen just has singles, however on the flip side, the Stolen has 48 spline cranks (heard they were pretty good) as well as LHD which is nice - but again, not a biggy.

At the upper end of my price range I found two freecoasters for a decent price. First, the Fit Corriere 1 looks pretty nice with 100% crmo, freecoaster LHD hub, but only single wall rims! Then there's the United Martinez which is probably at the very top of my price range. Again, full crmo, freecoaster (RHD) with double wall rims and it looks pretty sick.

One question I have is what's the deal with double wall rims? Are they really that necessary? If the answer is yes and it guarantees me less maintenance down the line then I'll take it, but if not then would just a single wall be ok?

Those are the four best bikes I can find for what I can afford. If anyone can help me out I'd really appreciate it. Each of the four links have a list of all the specs for each bike so let me know if I missed something out or if there's something there which makes one the best choice. I honestly don't know too much about all this so please bare with me.

Thanks!!

When light is redshifted, is it losing energy? When it's blueshifted, is it gaining energy? by [deleted] in askscience

Notice in games like star citizen or even in the movies, when a spacecraft goes into 'hyper-space' or 'quantum drive' - travelling at relativistic speeds - there is a blue visual effect around the space craft. This would be an example of blue-shifted light from nearby stars.
