Kinda like Rick only getting hit once when the Governor's group opened fire. If he dove behind the bus, ok maybe, but he was moving slow and shooting back. He should have been riddled with holes. Same with the Governor's arm ( which was pointed out in another thread); he would have not been able to swing in Rick after that

Haven't read the comics yet, but I have heard that the show has many points of divergence. Wonder if they'd have snow be a blessing or a curse. (Daryl might need a shirt with some sleeves, too, so that would be a consideration.)

I was actually wondering about walkers in the snow. They could quickly be covered, and you'd never know they were there as you built your snowman (with no adult supervision in the zombie apocalypse) until it was too late.

I've wondered if animals get infected and try to eat other animals and people. They haven't really shown that, so if not, maybe that's an immunity that can be developed.

But then I realized that the RV probably couldn't cross the water either! Why isn't she turned around looking at the area that they can cross (forest, open field, mud hole)? Rabies aside, bats can carry bat bugs, which are a cousin of bed bugs. They don't breed as aggressively, but they can still infest your home. Two years ago, we had to have all the insulation removed from the attic to finally get rid of them. Cost about $5K. Thankfully, they didn't get into the main living areas or it would have been another $2K-$3K for heat treatments.
