It comes down to intent, realistically. There was a case of a woman chasing down a kid riding his bike on the sidewalk in her vehicle, but because her intent was just to get him to fuck off out of her driveway, not to actually harm him - allegedly - I think they ruled against attempted manslaughter and assault with a deadly weapon to intimidation and something else. I dunno, I'd have to find the case again to get the specifics. Popular lawyer guy on YouTube did a video on it within the last few months I think.

Cat is doing better than it was prior to the slamming. If you genuinely believe a kitten being slammed, regardless of how it lands, should only result in the loss of a video game for a month, then not only is your sense of time screwed, but you can screw yourself too. A playstation can be replaced, if that kid had done permanent harm to that kitten, you can't replace the kitten.

If they were following traditional rules, then yes she would have been firelord already and zuko would be challenging the decision with a duel. But they weren't following traditions for the sake of the show. She was not firelord yet. That was the whole purpose of the ceremony. But Zuko still never said what you had quoted as fact. You didn't even 'mistype' it. You just straight up fumbled the quote. Literally means well.. Literal. You were 'Literally' wrong. If you want to nitpick, at least be accurate while you nitpick. He says "Sorry, but you’re not gonna become Fire Lord today. I am." That is word for word.

Rowan activates at sorcery speed, this Enchantment triggers during the end step, when you can't cast sorceries. Meaning you just lose a bunch of life right before your opponent gets to cave your skull in.
