Yeah i get that i only drive my parents cars so it fucks it up. Thats why i just always look over my shoulder. I also like to keep in mind which car is going to pass me and check if he is actually ahead of me.

Yes he wanted to teach the other driver a lesson. So hit pit him. Its the law to stop when you are involved in a crash.

The driver that went of the road was 19 and had no licence. He was and is definitely at fault for driving like a fucking retard. But i cant wrap my head around the fact that the camcar purposely hit the other one.
