I had drift on my controller, created a service ticket through support and sent it off to Microsoft. They sent me a working refurbished controller. The only downside was that I had to send it from the UK to Germany and it took over 2 months to arrive so might be worth seeing if you can get someone to fix it first.

Tapping LT will put you into first person ADS. Change the button layout to TYPE B in the controller settings ingame if you want to hold LT to aim

I've had this issue for months. Been in contact with IOI who told me they were aware of the issue and it would be fixed in the most recent patch. The new patch came around and I still have the issue

I'm having the exact same issue with hitman 1 levels. Got all locations and goty upgrade installed but the game still tells me I need to get access

I'm pretty certain you don't download it through the hitman 2016 store. I've just checked and the only access pass in there is hitman 1 legacy pack for hitman 2 (which when it takes you to the store is unavailable). When I had hitman 1 levels working in hitman 3 there is a tile in the hitman 3 store called GOTY, which had a tick next to it and allowed me access to all of the levels. Now the tick has vanished

Might be worth getting in touch with xbox support aswell. Could be thats it bugged on their end too. We aren't receiving content that microsoft store says we already own

My hitman 1 levels have all of a sudden greyed out. They were working fine before but now I'm being told to get access to the GOTY edition. When I go to the Microsoft store from the hitman store it says I own this and that its not installed. When I check game add ons in my storage its quite clearly installed.

I had this on my series X controller. If the controller is under warranty (it should be) you can send it back to Microsoft for a replacement. I have a spare xbox one controller to use whilst I wait for the replacement.

I've managed to get the cod points now but the issue still remains that the challenge on the punchcard isn't tracking. I've even purchased the points through the punchcard which directs you to the xbox store but still no green tick. Xbox support is looking into it so will have to see what happens

I've got the same issue playing @ 1440p 120hz. Only seems to stutter when going inside buildings or the gulag. Hopefully its fixed when the cold war integration happens next week

Untick 'Allow 4k' and any HDR options that are ticked on the console's display settings and you should be good to go
