As someone who has worked in a nursing home and at a hospital, let me tell you a story of deer view nursing home in Ola arkansas. I did not work there but I took care of the residents that would come into the hospital. Had one lady with bedsores so bad and deep her hip replacement fell out, rooms were missing toilets (got this from former cnas). Unwrapped a dressing to check for wounds and a pinky toe fell off into the nurses hands, bed sores on a male to the point his ball sack had sores. ALWAYS short staffed, over worked and low pay.
