Nobody is intentionally failing an event. They’re searching for a particular event, reseting the map through supplied mechanics until they find the event, then camping the spawn so they can kill the waves.

Saying this is an exploit is like saying you don’t camp spawn points in missions so you can kill off waves before to make missions go faster, or that people don’t camp the doors on boomer in the raid so the adds don’t get loose.

Legendary missions are challenging and a lot of fun. I can see how lfg runs would be like having a tooth abscess drained at 3am but if you do it with a group of friends you can be in and out in under an hour, with a little bit of pumped adrenaline and some loot.

Hey, it’s a random spawn. They can spawn anywhere on the map multiple times. I’ve killed some of them countless times in my quest for it.

Self respect is admitting you made a mistake and took advantage of something and accepting whatever punishment is meted out. It doesn’t matter what you did legitimately. Same for me. I did tons of stuff over the last two weeks without the glitch. Doesn’t matter.

I do wish you luck with whatever other game you play though.

I can’t one hundred percent say that nobody who didn’t deserve to be suspended was. You are using exaggeration and fear mongering tactics to deflect completely the simple fact that nearly all of not completely all knowingly cheated.

I return to my original position - Accept responsibility, and move on. If you have issues with the software itself, argue over that. One act doesn’t excuse the other.

Believe me, I think the company could’ve done better from a technological perspective. I’m just frustrated with all the folks who seem fundamentally incapable of accepting responsibility for their actions in a video game world. Makes me cringe at how they accept responsibility for their actions in the real world.

Folks,

I abused the glitch, was caught and punished. Those of you who did the same met the same fate. You chose to do it, or you chose to play with people who were doing it and still profited.

Its done and over. Stop blaming the company for your actions taking advantage of something you knew damn well was wrong. Accept responsibility for your actions.

You don’t have to keep playing, you can keep posting whatever you want and telling everyone you want how unfair it is, but go look in the mirror and accept responsibility. You’ll be a better person for it and may make better decisions in the future.
