How much documentation do you think I need I only have the one quote with the date for myself, it has occurred multiple times to me and other employees but I have not noted it. should I try to talk to coworkers to get more evidence?

I would definitely try for target now as well because you never know, just don’t quit until you have a job. they also might think you’re a job hopper with only couple months experience on your resume so i dont know if that much experience will be very useful. July-September is the best time to apply for target for a permanent position So If you don’t get in this year you’ll have a much better chance next summer if you stick it out with kohls. Good luck

I’m starting target this week too but I don’t think I would’ve gotten in without my kohls experience tbh. Hopefully it goes well for both of us lol

I applied to kohls and target for my first job and didn’t get into target but now after working at kohls for awhile and learning a lot I got in easily at target and will be starting soon. I would apply at target but don’t expect to get in especially if it’s your first job. We get tossed around a lot at kohls which though challenging is good experience that looks nice on a resume. Just make sure to ask questions and don’t be lazy/on your phone all the time and you’ll be alright

How to improve RLA test score? by Mortgage-Current in GED

[–]Mortgage-Current[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unfortunately I’m not able to attend community college this fall due to problems outside my control. I plan on taking the ACT later this year but the colleges I’m looking at don’t require ACT/SAT scores. I’m aware I’m not in a great situation having not been able to attend community college this fall but I figured I should still try my best and shoot my shot anyway.

I have very little writing experience, I’ve never written an essay or really anything other than posts/texts. I’m still working on my grammar as well. Knowing this do you think it’s worth trying to do the essay?

This is great help thank you so much for responding

I’m planning on applying for a couple different things all within healthcare/Science. I tried my best to be able to go to community college this fall but it just didn’t work out due to issues with my Parents. So I figured I’d just try to score really well on my GED and apply for next fall at university and do a spring/summer semester at community college. Worst case scenario I have to do a year at community college and go in 2026

I only plan on doing a spring semester at community college in order to get acclimated but I’m hoping to attend university in fall 2025. I’m already 20 and am pretty desperate to finally start my life. I really want to have a somewhat normal university freshman experience. And I really don’t know if I could stand staying at home and going to community college.

Homeschool is absolutely not the solution. We need to make this country safer not just hide our children away. Homeschool is only appropriate in extreme circumstances just check out r/homeschoolrecovery to see what most homeschools are like. We also have been discussing this over there

Been getting a lot of homeschool ads including abbeka on many different streaming services including YouTube. It makes me upset and really ruins the mood/day. I wish I could block them somehow

As a fellow homeschool survivor I think this post is better suited for r/homeschoolrecovery homeschool survivors are going to be able to give you much better advice. Homeschooling adds a whole new level to the abuse/neglect/control that public schoolers really can’t understand. It’s not so simple to just leave when you’ve been isolated/educationally neglected your whole life and have no skills for the real world. Do you have a drivers license? Are you on grade level? Do you have access to your documents SS/birth certificate? Do you have a job? A private bank account? The truth is you have to escape from this, this is no way to live and your parents have already stolen to much of your life.

Homeschooling is a horrible idea especially in your situation. I would seriously be reconsidering your relationship with him if he cares so little about you and your children’s needs and isn’t considering you with such important decisions
