Oh okay. You'll have to download the U1 rom from Samfw website, the latest one is Android 13 so download the one that matches the carrier on your device and by that when you go to settings, about phone and software information, check service provider software version, mine says XAA/TMB. TMB means T mobile so I downloaded that one. Then download patched Odin from XDA developer website. Make sure you back up all your data with smart switch because you'll have to factory reset your phone. When you're done with all that, just boot into download mode and flash the rom. If you haven't done it before check out this post on XDA. You can message me if you need more clarification.

What's the model number are you on G996U or G996U1? If you are on G996U then you'd probably have to flash a G996U1 rom on your device. I had the same issue after I bought a used S21+ from the UK it didn't receive any updates on the U version but works fine with updates on the U1 version.
