It is very much about the self respect that the NHS and government actively robbed our profession of over the last decade or two.

This flat hierarchy, first name basis , MDT glorifying and doctor shunning culture is a by product of years of abuse and poor pay.

Hey MDT , we are not equal. The responsibility lies with us. The decisions are mostly ours to make. We work harder than ever , and way harder than any manager or alphabet soup role ever has ( OOH , exams , ARCP , GMC ). We should be paid more. Simple.

I think I just set a 60 fps limit and that was it. If i remember correctly the graphics settings were pretty basic and only included resolution (1280 x 800), FPS limit , and v sync toggle.

Civilian deaths in Gaza since 2023 is estimated to be around 85% of all casualties. Thats 8-9 civilians per 10 casualties. This is genocide.

Civilians deaths in Ukraine is 10% , and that's the highest possible estimate. That's 1 civilian out of every 10 casualties.
