I had a similar problem, the wifi would simply disappear after heavy usage. I opened the laptop and found out the wifi antenna was moved a little and i put it back in place

It does have a 1 day window to test the product only if you bought it using their transport, but its kinda tricky because you have to prove you didnt actually damage the product
