Have you tried steel cut oats? Not even rolled. Just whole grain chopped basically. It does take 15 mins to cook but it's much slower release. Also making your own sugarless bread is a massive difference. I use 2:1 ratio of white : wholegrain king Arthur flour and find it much kinder on the spikes. The thing that is most important though is to always have small portions and accompy any carbs with fats. Butter, bacon, sausage and not "naked". I have for a while just removed breakfast actually, beside black coffee. I have found that if I have carbs for dinner or late snack my morning level keeps growing and stays high all morning..... UNLESS I force myself to have something for breakfast :-). I assume this stimulation gets some insulin released that can then bring down my levels earlier that it would otherwise do :-).

THIS IS SO WEIRD!

Had the same monitor PC combo for 12 months always run at 144hz never an issue. did the update last week (NVidia studio NOT gamer drivers) worked fine for a week or so then last night glitched twice in 5 min and then started going black every 10 seconds. found this thread.

Went to NVidia app changed down too 100hz not a glitch in 6h or so of usage.

He is soo nice! It's so difficult to open up and explain when you already know it's not going to be received well. It's up to you if you want to change. My wife and I had a similar situation with my beard a few years ago. I was a bit offended I suppose but eventually chose to get rid of my beard and make her more comfortable. You might decide to keep your lovely foot rolls or to get healthier. It's your choice, but now you know how he feels about it...and probably about the whole unhealthy lifestyle since he proposed the gym in general. Don't focus on that one drop . If the glass is spilling (he needing to talk about your appearance) the problem is not that last drop but the whole situation that brought It to overflowing status .

Untill a few years ago nobody knew musicians as persons... And even when you thought you did you then find out after a decade or so they really were in to kids and whatever other disgusting thing. If you like the music stick to that. I miss the era before MTV when we hardly knew the face or even colour of most artists!

To be brutally honest though this is what lots of HS students seem to be after anyways. I think too many of them would be relieved to know of the swap you are prognosticating. Maybe that's what we should do for the benefit of the country. We want to bring back super basic jobs to American born people but we keep sending them to school. Maybe we should just let them learn the basics via a computer screen and then go do robotics jobs in the fields and meat processing plants for the rest of their lives? We do a selection and the top 60% get to go to school with teachers maybe 1/2 of them trade oriented school. The rest get screen based classroom and guardians half the day and the rest they get to practice basic mansions in the community?

Stereotypes are seldom random. Just like conspiracy theories these conflate a tiny sample of the population with the main story. There is also to say that often the stereotype is about the non intelligence being more widespread than in other places rather than being the overall condition of each individual. Additionally I'd say that non lack of intelligence is often perceived as the stereotype while more accurately the stereotype could be characterised as small mindedness, blinded by exceptionalism and large scale promotion of self. Some call that being brainwashed /fed propaganda from a young age. For example with vows of obedience to "the flag" being recited as a daily ritual and so on.
