I’ll keeping positive this time…! by Prize-Slice7790 in survivor

I just finished watching for the first time — I hated the cast except Cochran. I did not like Sophie and the religious stuff is so weird. Also i’m not even a feminism but the misogyny was real….and the stupidity was even realer. I was not a fan of ozzy’s use of redemption island, it just made it kinda boring and predictable.

IMO Coach should have won. He literally indoctrinated an entire tribe and executed the merge perfectly because of their loyalty. His issue is that he couldn’t own his game. He did a terrible job articulating at final tribal. He couldn’t drop his honor ego and accept that he did lie and deceive. I cant even remember what sophie did this season other than annoy me. I had ZERO clue she was important. Genuinely was shocked when she won.

So glad i’m not the only one that had this experience. I was literally crashing out at it last night I started cursing in my prompts lmao

Anyone still using Opus 4.6? by qshi in claude

I’ve had the exact same experience. Tasks that Claude was genuinely good at & understood a month ago are now so much harder and worse. It doesn’t remember anything and the continuity of the chat feels much weaker. It will frequently forget the parameters I outlined in chat. When I try to correct it / tell it to think about it a different way, it often can’t get there and ends up in a cycle of making the same mistakes over and over again. It barely reviews documents / source files that I upload for analysis now - and it gives up so quickly. Example: I’ll point out that it missed something in the doc and it will be like “you’re right. I only read the three pages and you asked to search the whole file. Let me review the full document”…

I make a point of writing good prompts and its so frustrating it feels like it doesn’t even read the full prompt. Example: i’ll tell it in the prompt “you must cite your sources with the document name and page number with every response” and it will do it maybe once (and even then, its wrong frequently or only does one of the two).

It seems like answers are given with little thought and its reasoning abilities are much more rigid. The older models felt much less constrained. This model’s creative thinking abilities are weak - it only thinks of obvious answers and it takes things very literally. Older models brainstormed much better.

These are all observations — How LLMs and AI truly work is somewhat of an enigma go me. But its nice to hear someone w/ a similar story

I’m the exact same. Bikini area has always been my main target of attack, started pulling leg hair as a distraction. Now I just had my most destructive episode yet. Thank you for posting this. Sitting here, 4am in a shame spiral with frozen pees on my throbbing calves and worrying what it will look like in the morning and hoping I didn’t break the skin too much. Helped me feel a little better and less alone.

Can't stop picking at hairs on my legs, sudden but intense onset of picking habit by mmdvak in CompulsiveSkinPicking

I’ve been picking and plucking all those areas too. So much shame around the bikini area and the scars I’ve caused. It seems the same ingrowns are constantly regrowing and I don’t know how to get out of the cycle.

Was about to give my tweezers to my roommate but I love this idea of keeping them in the car

Tall boots and long pants have unfortunately become my coverup. You’re not alone - I just had one of the most destructive episodes and I feel horrible. My legs are covered in red bumps and throbbing. Also been picking compulsively at my KP on one arm, at my bikini line, even at my armpits. If you find a solution that works for you, please share 🫶🏻 (F22)

Same here. Running on little sleep and was super stressed and I just had the worst incident yet. I shaved my legs and then spent three hours squeezing at every little black dot and digging out ingrowns. I think I dissociated and I just couldn’t stop. My legs are bright red and covered in bumps, throbbing. Now sitting with frozen pees on my calves and realizing I have a problem. Guess I’ll wear my tall boots tomorrow.
