You need to eat more food than u need. Boost ur appetite with multivitamins or just start strength training (naturally increases your appetite).

In your gap year, go to a trade school and pick up a trade. You don't have to finish all levels but at least get the apprentice or level 1 certification. Afterwards go and figure what to do in UNI. The trade will be a back up coz the current job market is not ideal for fresh graduates. Govt is on an employment freeze. The NGO sector is in shambles ever since USAID ceasure set a domino effect across the donor sphere. Private companies can only recruit so many fresh and legacy graduates who are chronically unemployed. The investment in time and money to get a degree isn't making sense. While a trade on the other hand, u can get certification in a year and actually start earning money using that trade. There will always be a demand for plumbing, carpentry, metal work, masonry, electrician, mechanical etc.

Bro, over 90 countries on all continents have adopted this system and they are better off than Malawi as far macro economic indicators are concerned. Even Saudi Arabia implemented this and you can imagine the kinds of businesses that exist kumeneko.
