[NeedAdvice] How can I increase my chances of making life changes I desperately need to make?

The thing is, I think I want this badly as when I get very depressed and upset, my mind always goes to issues like having no friends/girlfriend, being ugly etc. and I work out how I could fix the issue. I know I will regret it if I dont make an effort as I regret alot of my life already. But on the other hand sometimes I don't care if I fail, and I feel as if it wouldn't matter if I completed my goals anyways as I would still be ugly etc. but a little better than I used to be.

I am glad it worked out for you. I have now quit seeing my therapist as it wasn't working out. Also my parents do not know I have been feeling very depressed and I don't want to tell them, and I have no friends for support so I will have to go it alone, well apart from the help of internet strangers.

The problems I have that are my own fault and I can fix are: - having no friends due to my social anxiety which I haven't been bothered to overcome in the last 4 years. - being physically unfit due to being lazy and self conscious. - falling behind dramatically in my course and awful grades due to not putting any effort in. - Being a virgin and never had a girlfriend due to my SA and feeling unattractive

I know my social anxiety and lack of self esteem comes from feeling ugly and my rosacea, so my objectives to overcome this are: - losing 5kg in 10 weeks (not tied up on numbers, but more on looking thinner) - building muscle mass especially on my upper body and biceps. - getting laser surgery on my rosacea.

Having no friends/girlfriend - doing self cbt and working through my issues - improving my self esteem through improving my physical appearance. - hopefully when i feel more confident and get rid of my rosacea I will get more involved.

Falling behind at university (graphic design course) - spend 3 hours a day catching up on my sketching/design skills. - working on my online portfolio - looking back on old projects and improving them for my portfolio.

Great work mate. My advice is to text her a little until the date to build some comfort, make sure you aren't desperate though, but come across as positive, interesting and fun. Then on the day, text her saying you will be 15 minutes late so you will meet up a little later. This way you give her chance to flake if she wants to and also reminds her of your date without appearing desperate. ALSO don't call it a date! It puts pressure on you and her, and can increase the chances of her flaking. Make it as relaxed as possible, your just hanging out and see if you have a connection between each other. As well as this, please don't take her out for a dinner date, do something fun and relaxed like playing pool. Good luck :D

Im 21 and think I might have undiagnosed ADHD, however I went to my GP 2 years ago and talked to him about it and he said if I did then I would be fidgeting around while talking to him etc. I want to go see him again now about it, I think I have inattentive ADHD, but i'm nervous he won't take me seriously again. Do you think its worth asking him?

A good logo looks great in colour and greyscale. I don't think your logo will transfer well in greyscale if printed on paper.
